Background

Leslie joined the Rochem team in 2018 with a wealth of experience gained in other industries.

She started her career in banking for eight years. There she gained customer service and administrative experience, working in lending, the insurance industry, and retail sales.

Before coming to Rochem in 2018, she worked for 12 years as an administrative manager for the president of a metallurgical testing lab. She also maintained their quality control program and was instrumental in putting together successful audits for ISO.

She has lived in Texas her whole life and enjoys walking daily with her three dogs and spending time with her two adult children and seven grandchildren. When time allows, she goes to concerts and loves listening to live music.
