Background

Prior to joining Rochem in 2019, Pam gained relevant experience in an engineering company which operated in the filtration side of the oil and gas, and power industries. Her understanding of the engineering industry has been invaluable to her role within the Rochem team.

Earlier in her career, Pam spent a number of years working in the Cayman Islands where she was a graphic artist/production supervisor for a publishing company. Products she worked on included telephone books and a travel agent's hotel directory for Caribbean destinations.

Pam returned to the UK in 2000 and, before transitioning to the engineering industry, worked for an international management consulting company, working on events and producing training documentation for market-leading companies.

Outside of work, Pam enjoys the Hampshire country life, tending her garden and spending time observing nature. She balances this with occasional trips to London for visits to the theatre and art galleries.
